Wheel Yoga
This is slow and stretchy class. We will be using the yoga wheel to help us into some fun and gooey stretches. We will utilize the wheel as both a prop and a foam roller to encourage ease and to support the body. We then move onto some core and strength work by allowing the use of the wheel as a weight. Class will finish holding postures in a Yin style format.
