Yoga can help focus the mind, and develop a mind-body connection which can aid posture, productivity, and overall wellbeing.  Believe it or not, some poses can even be practiced at your desk to prevent neck, back, and wrist injury.​​​​​​​
I also teach restorative classes which can be helpful  in opening the body and reducing stress by relaxing the nervous system.
I like to work with groups to develop a flow that is perfect for their employee's needs and helps to cultivate the class around the corporate culture. Yoga is a practice that can benefit both employees and their work product!
